• Registration includes ALL dancing, lodging, and meals THURSDAY-SUNDAY as well as a discounted rate for Wednesday’s pre-party.

• All Kosher-style meals with vegetarian options are included in registration. If you want certified Kosher meals, please register with the appropriate Kosher option. There is an additional cost of $75 to subsidize the expense.

• All rooms have air-conditioning and private bathrooms. Triple rooms may have some beds bunked.

• Free cancelation except 3.5% credit card fees until December 31st, after that cancellation fee $100, NO REFUNDS after April 2nd.

• Our COVID-19 policy will follow any applicable federal, state, and local regulations at the time. We will be in communication with any requirements closer to the date.
