Early bird pricing ends November 17, 2026. After that, all pricing will increase by $50.

• Registration includes all dancing, lodging, and meals Thursday-Sunday as well as a discounted rate for Wednesday’s pre-party.

• Kosher-style meals with vegetarian options are included in registration. If you want certified Kosher meals, please register with the appropriate Kosher option. There is an additional cost of $75 to subsidize the expense.

• All rooms have air-conditioning and private bathrooms. Triple rooms may have some beds bunked.

• Our COVID-19 policy will follow any applicable federal, state, and local regulations at the time. We will be in communication with any requirements closer to the date.

• Cancellation fee $100, NO REFUND after April 2nd.
